LeadAI by StudyTable collects the name, email address, job or work area, city and phone number submitted during account registration. This information is used to create and administer subscriber access, provide account support, deliver password-reset emails and communicate essential service information.

Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes. Password-reset links are time-limited and single-use. The code-generator inputs remain in the subscriber's browser and are not saved by this website.

Account information is not sold to advertisers. Access is limited to authorised administrators and service providers needed to operate the website, database and email delivery.

Subscribers may request correction or deletion of their account information by contacting support@itforall.org. Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

This notice should be reviewed and adapted to the final operating and legal requirements before public launch.

The QR Ticket generator runs in your browser. Generated scripts run under your Google account and store event data in your Google Sheet. Email QR images use QuickChart, which receives the pass link and its ticket token. Website QR Codes are generated locally. Staff PINs are stored in your generated script; restrict spreadsheet and script editing to trusted administrators.
